                            PLAN  REVIEW

Up to 1800 square feet                              $ 100.00

1800 – 2200 square feet                            $ 125.00

2200 – 2600 square feet                            $ 150.00

2600 - 3500 square feet                             $ 175.00

3500 – 5000 square feet                            $ 275.00         

Above fees are in addition to the fees based on square footage. May require extra inspections charged at $45.00 per inspection

All accessory buildings, garages, porches, decks, pools, sunrooms, remodels etc. are subject to inspection fees at $ 45.00.  Plan review fees may be charged for these. Miscellaneous permits if they are larger than average or needing extra review time.

All re-inspections fees are $45.00
