Atlas Township is kicking-off a planning study to establish a renewed vision for the future of the Township. A new Master Plan is being prepared to address land use development and redevelopment, housing, transportation, trails, economic development, quality of life and other key issues. Future-focused, the Master Plan will outline policies and strategies that will guide the Township over the next 20 years. Concurrently, a new Parks and Recreation Plan will be prepared to analyze needs and outline proposed improvements related to parks and recreation facilities and programs within the Township over the next 5 years.
